PNRO Group Participates in TEPAV Policy Dialogue on Central Europe After the Russia–Ukraine War

On 2 October 2025, PNRO Group joined an important policy meeting hosted by the Economic Policy Research Foundation of Turkey (TEPAV) in Ankara, titled “Central Europe after the End of Russia's War against Ukraine.”

The session, moderated by Ambassador N. Murat Ersavcı, Director of TEPAV’s International Research Center, featured keynote remarks by Paweł Kowal, Chair of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Polish Parliament (Sejm).

Discussions addressed the evolving security architecture in Central and Eastern Europe, the regional consequences of Russia’s policies, and priorities for post-war reconstruction and integration. Speakers highlighted that Ukraine’s security is inseparable from that of Central Europe, emphasizing the role of NATO and the EU, as well as the importance of modernization and new technologies in ensuring stability.

Particular attention was given to Russia’s attempts to extend its influence across the Black Sea, Balkans, and the Turkish Straits—developments with direct relevance to Türkiye. The meeting also touched upon Türkiye’s strategic position: despite being NATO’s second-largest military power, the country is not an EU member, yet plays a crucial role in regional security and diplomacy.

PNRO Group’s participation in this dialogue reflects our commitment to understanding and contributing to discussions on regional stability, economic resilience, and cooperation in the wider European and Eurasian context. We believe that insights from such forums are essential to aligning our activities with the evolving geopolitical landscape, and to strengthening partnerships that support peace, security, and development.
